In Lowly Reverence Adore
a.k.a. "I [heart] my human head"
No one can clearly remember the day that Augustus brought home 'Aunt Fanny' as Father came to call her, although I do recall that it was in the summer.
Gus would keep her on the porch on the whole, although if she was in the house when we took tea, she would always ask if it was Dahjeeling, sometimes incessently. She said little, only three or four sentences and always insensible.
One night she woke up the whole house asking for 'Finsbury'.
Eventualy Mother made Father get rid of her after Gus chewed on her nose, we all missed the old girl...
THANK YOU, Fengschwing for the perfectly gorgeous story to accompany this piece!

It's probably about time I took more photographs, and stopped playing about with stuff in Photoshop . . . I'm starting to feel guilty about it, last night I had a nightmare that I'd left my camera on a train.

Jack
It's real early morning
No-one is awake
I'm back at my cliff
Still throwing things off
I listen to the sounds they make
On their way down
I follow with my eyes 'til they crash
Imagine what my body would sound like
Slamming against those rocks
When it lands
Will my eyes
Be closed or open?
I go through all this
Before you wake up
So I can feel happier
To be safe up here with you

Draw (Burning into dark)
"Drawing now
this dress
like curtains
like the end of days
like the promise
like we were
like we will never again
like (maybe) fingers
feel the burn of fabric
long after
it sails nesting into the dark"

Smell Disorders
Il tempo degli alberi era trascorso, il brunire scivolava lungo ogni zolla di terreno, accarezzando l'animo dei fusti stanchi.

P.S. Some images have gone wandering in the woods, never to return.
If you have any tetheredtothesun images saved, could you send them to tetheredtothesun@yahoo.com? You will receive improper gratitude and lascivious joy.
